This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments and refunds work.

1. Paid Listings & Promotions

When you purchase any paid promotion:

• Fees are charged in advance
• Promotions start immediately after successful payment
• Duration and benefits are clearly shown before checkout

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a paid promotion is activated:

❌ It cannot be cancelled automatically
❌ We normally do not offer refunds

Please review your ad carefully before making payment.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The same payment was charged multiple times by mistake
• The promotion did not start due to a technical issue on our side
• The purchased feature was not delivered as promised

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Wrong category selection
• Ads removed due to policy violations
• Poor response to ads
• User mistakes in ad content

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
